Women outnumber men in Astana

ASTANA. September 14. KAZINFORM The Astana population has exceeded 736 000 people, the republican healthcare development centre said in its statement.
According to the data provided, the population of the capital city rose by 6% against the analogous period of the last year. 394 114 women, 369 343 men that is 51.62% and 48.38% of the population at large live in Astana.
Almost the half of Astana people live in Almaty district, then comes Saryarka and Yessil districts.
