ASTANA. March 12. KAZINFORM. The hurricane wind tore the roof off a 5-storey apartment building at 10 a.m. March 11 in the city of Shymkent; Kazinform refers to the Kazakh Emergencies Ministry.
A working committee was created on this occasion.
