Wind tears roof off Kostanay rgn education department

KOSTANAY. KAZINFORM A strong wind gusting up to 20 m/s tore off the roof of the district education department in Kostanay region, the local emergency situations department said.
The total area of the building is 1,599 square meters. The wind gusts ripped off reportedly 323 square meters of the roof. No victims were reported.
