Willie Monroe Jr. on Golovkin: They are making him out to be extraordinary

"It's a fight I've been looking forward to since Boxcino. I think that he [Golovkin] is deceptive. Everybody highlights his power, but they don't see he actually has a good jab, he's good at cutting off the ring, he has good punch placement, but I just would like to see personally. They are making him out to be extraordinary. Even if I thought he wasn't extraordinary, I wouldn't say that. I want him to be everything that they say he is so that when I get in the ring with him and beat him, it will be that much sweeter when I win," Monroe Jr. told Fighthype.com. "But at the end of the day, I think he is an awesome fighter. He wouldn't have gotten to where he is right now without a great team behind him and without a smart team behind him that knew how to build him the right way," the boxer added.
