We set high value on newly opened honorary consulate in Kazakhstan: Prince Albert II of Monaco
ASTANA. November 3. KAZINFORM "We set a high value on the opening of the Honorary Consulate of the Principality of Monaco in Kazakhstan because this step is critical for the history of relations between our countries," Prince Albert II of Monaco said in an interview at the opening ceremony on Saturday in Astana.
"Of course, we have established diplomatic relations long before. But, nonetheless, the opening of this consulate is an additional step on the path of strengthening the bilateral relations," Prince Albert II of Monaco said.
"As I have already mentioned during our conversation with President Nursultan Nazarbayev, Kazakhstan has great prospects in terms of development of relations in the spheres of economy, culture and environmental protection. At the same time there are other possible fields of the bilateral cooperation that will serve the interests of our countries," His Serene Highness stressed.
"Astana surprised me by its magnificence and architecture. I hope I will see a lot of beautiful places in Almaty tomorrow," Prince Albert added.
