We declare need for OSCE Summit: Kazakh Foreign Minister

VIENNA. January 15. KAZINFORM /Yerzhan Ospanov/ OSCE Chairman-in-office, Kazakh Secretary of State - Foreign Minister Kanat Saudabayev said that the main priority of the Kazakhstan's OSCE chairmanship in 2010 will be holding of the top level OSCE Summit.
According to the Kazakh foreign Minister, there exist a range of important reasons and warrants for the summit holding.
