Waste recycling plant to be launched in Astana mid-Sep

ASTANA. June 3. KAZINFORM /Damir Baimanov/ A new rubbish recycling plant will be launched in Astana on September 15, 2011.
The city authorities have reported to President Nursultan Nazarbayev at an enlarged sitting on further development of Astana.
According to their data, 88 percent of the project has been completed.
