Waseda University student Ilyas Kurmangali became first to vote at 2019 Presidential Election

NUR-SULTAN. KAZINFORM Ilyas Kurmangali, a student of Tokyo-based Waseda University, became the first Kazakh national to cast his vote at the 2019 Snap Presidential Election.
Recall that the polling stations in Japan, South Korea, China, Hong Kong, Malaysia and Mongolia have already started working, Kazinform reports.
