Voter turnout made 19.17% as of 10 am - Central Election Commission
ASTANA. KAZINFORM - 19.17% of the voters of Kazakhstan cast their votes at the presidential elections in the country as of 10 am, member of the Central Election Commission Lyazzat Suleimen informed.
"In accordance with the information of election commissions of Almaty and Astana, 19.17% of the registered voters cast their votes at the presidential elections of Kazakhstan," L. Suleimen said.
The voting process in terms of the regions is the following: Akmola region - 23.48%, Aktobe region - 16.08%, Almaty region - 26.10%, Atyrau region - 11.13%, East Kazakhstan - 27.31%, Zhambyl region - 21.69%, West Kazakhstan - 12.11%, Karaganda region - 21.06%, Kyzylorda region - 22.03%, Kostanay region - 27.61%, Mangystau region 16.92%, Pavlodar region - 21.32%, North Kazakhstan region - 26.45%, South Kazakhstan region - 13.89%, Astana - 12.92%, Almaty - 8.33%.
