Volume of investments in agricultural sector of Kazakhstan increased by 14.4% - A. Mamytbekov

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - The volume of investments in the agricultural sector of Kazakhstan grew by 14.4% in 2014, Minister of Agriculture of Kazakhstan Asylzhan Mamytbekov informed at the enlarged sitting of the board of the ministry.
"The volume of investments in the agricultural sector of Kazakhstan grew by 14.4% in 2014 and made 164.4 billion tenge," A. Mamytbekov said. According to him, the volume of investments into the food production sphere also increased by 16.5% and made 41 billion tenge. The volume of the output of the agricultural sector made 2.5 trln tenge in 2014, which was a 0.8% increase compared to the results of the previous year.
