The auction far exceeded the organizers' expectations. Among auctioned off pieces there were Roger Federer signed tennis ball, Martina Hingis, Galina Voskoboeva and Yaroslava Shvedova's tennis rackets and Alexander Vinokurov's bike. In total, the event raised 87 million tenge ($478,000) for charitable causes. The last year's auction initiated by Kazakhstani Olympic cycling champion Alexander Vinokurov raised 11.5 million tenge. The money raised helped equip a perinatal center in Kokshetau.
