The defibrillators will be installed in stand-alone LED advertising boards at first to help restore the heart's normal rhythm of people suffering from heart attack via an electric shock, Xinhua reports.

Anyone who uses the device will be automatically connected to emergency services and an ambulance will hurry to the site to give first aid, and the device itself will also explain to medical personnel what needs to be done.

Statistic shows that over 10,000 people die of cardiac arrest every year in Austria, and the rate of survival for victims of cardiac arrest is believed to rise if they were treated in time.
