Vice PM visits residential complex in Almaty

He surveyed and approved the work of four Almaty largest construction companies : ?AGS-Plast? LLP, ?Basis-A? Corporation, ?Nika? LLP and ?Astana-Stroyinvest? Corporation which started the construction of the residential facility in 2008. Five projects from seven are underway at the moment, Director of the Enterprise of the Major Construction of Almaty Akimat LLP Mazan Sergazin said. These are 386 apartments, 96 of which had been earlier sold to the participants of shared construction. The rest 290 apartments are vacant. The overal estimated cost is KZT 5,2 bln. KZT 4,8 bln from KZT 10 bln allocated for completion of facilities of shared construction were distributed to construction of ?Merkurgrad? Housing Complex in ?Duman? district. Ten blocks of apartments will be commissioned in October and four residential buildings are planned to be commissioned in December?, - M. Sergazin said.
