V.Putin congratulates N.Nazarbayev on New Year

MOSCOW-ASTANA. KAZINFORM - In the past year the Russian-Kazakh relations were actively developing in the spirit of good neighborliness and alliance.
Through the joint efforts of the countries the integration processes in the former Soviet Union have reached a qualitatively new level: the Eurasian Economic Union has gained practical shape and it will start operation in January 1, 2015, this is stated in the congratulatory message of Russian President Vladimir Putin to his Kazakhstan counterpart Nursultan Nazarbayev. According to the press office of President of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin expressed confidence that the countries will successfully continue constructive dialogue and partnership.
