Uzbek-German school to be built in Karshi
The delegation of Kashkadarya region visited Germany to establish cooperation in education, healthcare, labor migration, and other areas, UzA reports.
During the visit, negotiations were held with representatives of leading German companies, including Ernst Klett AG, Günter Papenburg AG, SIT International GmbH, Holldorf Consult GmbH, GFM Group, and Avestos GmbH. The parties discussed issues of professional education, youth training at German enterprises, and further employment of graduates in sought-after industries.
Following the meetings, an agreement was reached on expanding cooperation in education, particularly on constructing a modern kindergarten in Karshi and opening a joint Uzbek-German School.
Issues of introducing German standards in medical institutions of Kashkadarya region, organizing German language courses, cultural exchanges, and joint events were also discussed. The delegation members visited training centers and medical institutions in Germany and became familiar with best practices and training conditions.
The agreements open up new opportunities for the region’s development, contribute to improving the socio-economic situation, and strengthen international cooperation.
Earlier, it was reported that about 20 books by the Kazakh writers have been published in Uzbekistan in 2024.
