Ust-Kamenogorsk holds special sitting on regional enterprises development
UST-KAMENOGORSK. June 11. KAZINFORM /Lyudmila Malko/ Deputy Prime Minister Asset Issekeshev has headed a special sitting with participation of a group of deputies, heads of development institutions, who worked three days in the region. The issues of implementation of regional investment projects were discussed, the new ones were presented.
13 investment projects were discussed at the sitting, but there were additionally considered 8 more projects, which were presented to a working group. There were defined specific measures of state support for every project.
It is worth to note that 34 investment projects of the country's Industrialization Map are under implementation in East Kazakhstan. This year it is planned to launch 13 projects amounting to KZT 53 bln, creating about 2,000 new jobs. On the eve of the sitting the governmental commission together with the deputy corps visited a number of enterprises in Semey and Ust-Kamenogorsk. They familiarized not only with operating establishments, but with idle plants as well. They discussed a prospect of their rehabilitation.
Governor Berdybek Saparbayev stressed that the working group's activity in the region was effective, constructive and professional. The deputy group highly appraised in the region the work on investment projects realization.
A.Issekeshev outlined that the similar working visits are planned to all regions of our country.
