USD 47.9 billion for realization of Samruk-Energo investment projects

ASTANA. March 13. KAZINFORM " "Samruk- Energo" JSC will need USD 47.9 billion from republican budget for the realization of the investment projects untill 2016," said chairman of the board of company Almasadam Satkaliyev at the Government meeting.
According to him, the total cost of the projects is KZT 770 billion.
Among the projects are the construction of the Moinak hydroelectric power station, the Balkhash thermal power plant, and the power-generating unit for the Ekibastuz GRES-2, reconstruction of Shardara hydropower station and others.
