US meningitis outbreak linked to injections

WASHINGTON. October 9. KAZINFORM It is feared as many as 13 thousand people across 23 US states may have received steroid injections that have been linked to a rare outbreak of fungal meningitis.
105 cases have been confirmed so far and 8 people have died. Health officials are checking up on patients who have been given the jabs, the euronews reports.
