Urumqi Mayor arrived in Astana

ASTANA. KAZINFORM Urumqi Mayor Ilkham Sabyr has arrived in Astana for an official visit, astana.kz reports.
Mr Sabyr had talks with 1 st deputy Astana Mayor Sergey Khoroshun.
"Urumqi is an important trade and economic partner of Astana. Thanks to its geographic location it bridges Kazakhstan and China. And your visit will give a new impetus to our mutual relations," Khoroshun said.
As part of his trip the Urumqi Mayor will visit the main city facilities and survey the projects being realized in the capital.
