URGENT: Atyrau criminals eliminated in anti-terrorism operation

ASTANA. September 21. KAZINFORM Four persons suspected of committing an armed attack against the patrol-guide service and the police department of Atyrau city on September 14-15 refused to surrender and opened fire on police, and were eliminated as a result of the anti-terrorism operation, the press service of the General Prosecutor's Office reported.
No civilians reported to be killed or injured.
Weapons and ammunition, Molotov cocktails, the components of improvised explosive devices were found at the scene.
The inspection of the scene, as well as other urgent investigation and search operations continue.
