URGENT: 47 terrorist suspects to face trial in Atyrau

ATYRAU. March 2. KAZINFORM "47 people will come before the court on the charges of making preparations for terrorist acts," deputy prosecutor of Atyrau region Lyazzat Nurmaganbetova told.
"The joinder of offences has been already referred to the court. 42 suspects of preparing to commit terrorist acts in Atyrau and neighboring regions, detained in August-September, will be targeted in the first investigation. 5 people suspected of their involvement in preparing the last October 1 terrorist acts in Atyrau, when the suicide bomber set off two explosives near the regional akimat (local administration) and prosecutor's office, will also face the trial."
