ASTANA. KAZINFORM Under the impact of the Scandinavian cyclone trough and atmospheric fronts caused by it, most regions of Kazakhstan will see unstable weather with snow and ground blizzard today, Kazinform learned from Kazhydromet.
Rain and snow as well as black ice are forecast in southwestern, southern, southeastern regions.
Strong wind and foggy conditions are expected across the republic.
