ASTANA. April 1. KAZINFORM /Muratbek Makulbekov/ Unlike other countries, election campaign in Kazakhstan is calm. Deputy of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation Anatoly Vaskov said it at a meeting with Chairman of the Kazakhstan Majilis Ural Mukhamedzhanov.
"The development of civil society in Kazakhstan goes smoothly, quietly. This means that those parties who are present here, and leaders of the country build policy with regard to the interests of the people", he noted.
He noted that stability preserved in Kazakhstan for 20 years proves that the country has a good platform, which was formed in the first years of independence.
