Unknown man 'mined' one of the hotels of Almaty, 20 people evacuated

TANA. September 17. KAZINFORM Today an unknown man has "mined" one of the hotels of Almaty - Express. 20 people were evacuated; the press service of the Ministry of Emergencies reports.
In the course of special operation no explosive device was found.
