UN Security Council approves new sanctions against North Korea

The unanimously approved document condemned the North Korean nuclear test of May 25. The resolution bans exports of all kinds of armaments from North Korea and North Korean imports of all types of armaments exclusive light firearms. In the opinion of experts, the ban will deprive Pyongyang of a substantial part of incomes, which are mostly spent on the nuclear program.
