UN Sec Gen offers Kazakh President to coordinate speeches for Global Summit in Washington

KAZINFORM /Muratbek Makulbekov/ According to UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon, it will be possible to obtain great results at the global summit in Washington if his speech and the speech of President N.Nazarbayev are coordinated. Ban Ki-moon has made it public today at the meeting with Nursultan Nazarbayev.
"I would like to express my sincere respect for decision to close the Semipalatinsk Test Site and take away all nuclear infrastructure from the territory of Kazakhstan", Ban Ki-moon said.
Ban Ki-moon stressed that N.Nazarbayev has a moral right to discuss the issues of nuclear security at the coming summit in Washington.
