Ulytau to become tourist attraction in the future - Nazarbayev

"When I was looking for a place for the future capital, I came to Ulytau. It is indeed a historical center of the Kazakh nation. However, lack of proper infrastructure - roads, airport, etc. played its role. But this place is sacred. And I truly believe that it will become one of Kazakhstan's tourist attractions in the future, people will come here to honor memory of their ancestors," Nursultan Nazarbayev noted. The city of Ulytau was the center of the Kazakh land back in 17-18 centuries.
