ASTANA. September 15. KAZINFORM Ukraine is to be able to connect to railway communication with China via Kazakhstan in 2012.
Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev has announced it at the press conference following the results of the meeting with Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych in Kiev on September 14; Kazinform has learnt from Ukrinform.
"As you know, nowadays we build "Western China-Western Europe" highway. 2,700 kilometres pass through Kazakhstan. Next year we will complete the construction and Ukraine will be able to connect to this road", he said.
