ASTANA. July 9. KAZINFORM Ex-President of Ukraine Leonid Kuchma has congratulated Kazakh Leader Nursultan Nazarbayev on his 70th jubilee.
Leonid Kuchma, Ukraine's President in 1994-2005, warmly congratulated N. Nazarbayev, having wished him strong health, inextinguishable optimism and inexhaustible energy, further strengthening friendship between the Kazakhstan and Ukraine peoples, the Presidential press service reports.
