Ukraine issues warrant for Yanukovych's arrest

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - Warrant was issued for the arrest of former President of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych, Kazinform refers to RBK.
Ukraine's acting Interior Minister Arsen Avakov confirmed the news via his official Facebook page. "Yanukovych has been missing," added the minister appointed on February 22.
