The Astana-based club were set to meet with Hapoel in Tel Aviv in mid July. However, UEFA decided to move the game out of the country to a venue in Kazakhstan due to political situation in Israel. As a result of the decision taken by UEFA, Astana's Europa League match with Hapoel, which had initially been scheduled for July 17, will be played in Kazakhstan. The venue has yet to be decided.
