U.S.-Kazakh partnership in the focus of a meeting between N. Nazarbayev and W. Burns

ALMATY. April 26. KAZINFORM President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev has met today with U.S. Deputy Secretary of State William Burns in Almaty, president's press service reports.
Expansion and deepening of all-round strategic partnership between the U.S. and Kazakhstan was debated at the meeting.
President Nazarbayev once again offered his condolences on the occasion of the explosions in Boston.
W. Burns, in his turn, extended greetings from U.S. President Barack Obama to Nursultan Nazarbayev.
Utmost attention was paid to the perspectives of economic and investment cooperation between the two countries.
In addition, the Kazakh leader underlined Kazakhstan is interested in socioeconomic recovery of Afghanistan.
