Two toddlers die in house blaze in Petropavlovsk

PETROPAVLOVSK. KAZINFORM - Two toddlers, aged 3 and 5, have died in house fire in the city of Petropavlovsk, the press service of the regional Internal Affairs Department reported.
According to the department, flames destroyed the private house on Pugachev Street, trapping the toddlers inside. The children were left home alone. Local fire officials have confirmed that the fire was an accident and caused by a childish prank.
Since the beginning of the year 198 fires have occurred in the city of Petropavlovsk. 15 people including 4 children have been killed.
