Two men freeze to death in Akmola region

One of the victims, a man born in 1958, was found frozen in the town of Kokshetau. According to preliminary version, the man was of no fixed abode. The second victim was a resident of a village in Shortandy rural area. He was 55 years old. The man reportedly died of hypothermia in the yard of his private house.
