Two 11-year-olds suspected of murdering a 9-year-old girlfriend sent to a specialized school

"The court has decided to satisfy the application of the city police department of Karaganda and forward Christina Evdokimova to a special school - a boarding school for children with deviant behavior in the village of Kerney in Buharzhyrau district of Karaganda region for a period of one year, chairman of the Juvenile Court of Karaganda region Askar Mardanov read the Order of a specialized inter-district. As reported by the head of investigation in the court, a senior investigator for particularly important cases of the investigation department of Karaganda region Lyubov Panarina, a criminal case about the murder of 9-year-old Anna Tkachuk has been opened against three young girls. Meanwhile, for a third suspect, 10-year-old Alexandra Cheller the issue of sending to a special school has not been taken into consideration.

"The criminal case is being investigated, a number of examinations have been appointed," said L.Panarina. She also said that the death of 9-year-old victim was the result of drowning. "Strip abrasions indicate that she was tried to be choked" added the head of the investigation team.

Juvenile Court also considered the administrative case against the mothers of juvenile suspects. All three were found guilty of failure to fulfill parental duties, under Article 111, part 2 of CAO and each has been given an administrative penalty of a fine of 20 MCI, which is KZT 34,620 (tenge).

According to mothers they agree with the decisions of the court and do not intend to appeal against any penalty or taking to a special school.

As reported earlier, in Karaganda was found a body of a murdered 9-year-old girl in the steppe array. The police have identified the suspects - three young girls. According to testimony, the cause of a quarrel between girls, which led to the murder, was a doll.
