ASTANA. April 28. KAZINFORM /Muratbek Makulbekov/ Heads of delegations of the Parliamentary Assembly of Turkic-speaking Countries (TURKPA) laid flowers to the Motherland Defenders' Monument in Astana.
Representatives of the state bodies and Nur Otan Party also took part in the ceremony.
