TURKPA and int'l Kazakh-Turkish University ink MoU

BAKU. KAZINFORM TURKPA Secretary General Zhandos Assanov and President of the Yassawi International Kazakh-Turkish University Valikhan Abdibekov signed a memo of understanding in Turkestan.
The sides agreed on cooperation to achieve goals and tasks common for Turkic cooperation structures. Addressing the university's teaching staff and students, Assanov stressed the need to train highly-skilled Turkic-speaking translators in an effort to achieve greater information flow among the Turkic-speaking countries. The same day Assanov visited the Yassawi Museum and other historic and spiritual monuments located in the city and its outskirts.
