Turkish President: Kazakhstan feels like home

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - President of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdoğan said Turks feel at home in Kazakhstan.

"Kazakhstan feels like home, like land of our ancestors. And this feeling sets special value to relations between our nations. We are fraternal people and happy to cooperate in every sphere," President Erdoğan stated at the Kazakh-Turkish Business Forum in Astana on Thursday. According to the Turkish leader, the two-way trade amounted to $3,2 billion in 2014. Kazakhstan and Turkey plan to increase the bilateral trade up to $10 billion a year. "15,000 workplaces have been created at joint Kazakh-Turkish enterprises," he added.
