Turkey, Kazakhstan to continue joint work on development of common Eurasian Strategy
ASTANA. February 11. KAZINFORM /Serik Sabekov/ Turkey and Kazakhstan intend to continue joint work on development of the common Eurasian Strategy, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkey Ahmet Davutoglu announced it at the meeting with his Kazakh counterpart, OSCE Chairman-in-Office Kanat Saudabayev in Astana today.
"I think we should continue our cooperation. We have agreed on exchanging mutual visits on ministerial level two times a year. Turkey and Kazakhstan will continue working together on development of the common Eurasian Strategy", the Head of the Turkish Foreign Office noted.
A. Davutoglu stressed his country was ready to support Kazakhstani citizens in those countries which do not have representation offices of Kazakhstan.
In turn, K. Saudabayev noted successful bilateral cooperation of both countries. "In all directions of our large scale cooperation we enjoy full understanding and optimism in their further development", he said.
He also reminded of Kazakhstan's OSCE chairmanship in 2010 and said our country would hand over chairmanship in the CICA to Turkey. "Thus, our countries will chair two authoritative international structures which ensure security and cooperation on the entire Eurasian continent", the Kazakh Minister resumed.
