Treasures of Otrar on display in Aktobe

AKTOBE. KAZINFORM An exhibition "Following the history of Otrar", initiated by the Otrar state archeological reserve museum has opened today in Aktobe.
It features the precious artifacts found at Otrar diggings, dated back to the I-XVIII centuries AD, namely, household items, tapestry bricks, jewelries, silver and copper vases, gold, silver and copper coins, ethnographic artifacts, etc. The exhibition is purposed to strengthen mutual relations between the cultural institutions of the regions. It will run until the end of April.
