Transport Ministry and 'Air Astana' to work on opening direct flights to world's largest cities

ASTANA. April 17. KAZINFORM /Damir Baimanov/ The Ministry of Transport and Communications together with "Air Astana" national airline company will work to submit proposals on opening of direct flights to all world's largest cities within 7 hours flying time. Prime Minister of Kazakhstan has said it today at the sitting of the Government of Kazakhstan.
The Premier also charged the Ministry of Transport and Communications along with the interested state bodies, mayors, "Samruk Kazyna" Fund and Kazakhstan Temir Zholy Company to submit proposals on transit-transport potential development.
