Transport ministry: Almaty-Tashkent high-speed train starts running in 2014

Astana. December 26. KAZINFORM - International Almaty-Tashkent high-speed train will be running in 2014, according to the transport and communications minister, Askar Zhumagaliev at today's briefing in the Central Communications Service.
«We've launched three high-speed trains this year. Next year, five more high-speed traffic routes will be opened: Astana - Zashchita station, Almaty - Zashchita station, Almaty-Tashkent, Astana-Kyzylorda, Almaty-Aktobe", - the minister said.
He added that 4-5 high-speed rail directions would be opened every year.
