Tourism industry development discussed within the EXPO-2017
ASTANA. June 10. KAZINFORM The first meeting of a working group on foreign participation in EXPO-2017 chaired by the Commissioner of the International Specialized Exhibition EXPO-2017 Executive Secretary of the Foreign Ministry of Kazakhstan Rapil Zhoshybayev, Kazinform refers to the press service of the authority.
Rapil Zhoshybayev noted Kazakhstan's progress in holding such international events as the OSCE summit, the Congress of Leaders of World and Traditional Religions, the Astana Economic Forum, the 7th Asian Games and etc.
By the way, the Executive Secretary of the Foreign Ministry of Kazakhstan stressed during the working period of the EXPO a big number of guests would attend the event.
In addition, issues of image escort, foreign and local guest's attraction, services, Astana city infrastructure development and country's tourism field development within the "EXPO-2017" were touched upon during the meeting.
Given the scale of the event and the necessity of integrated approach and all efforts consolidation of all interested state authorities, following the meeting, the Commissar instructed to develop a working plan of the EXPO-2017 preparation.
