Tony Blair to co-author a book about Kazakhstan constitutionalism development
ASTANA. KAZINFORM - In 2015 in the framework of celebrations devoted to the 20th anniversary of the Constitution, Kazakhstan will published a book, co-authored by former UK Prime Minister Tony Blair, this was announced today by a member of the Constitutional Council of Kazakhstan Anar Zhailganova.
"The publication of a special book called "Kazakhstan trend from totalitarianism to democratic and rule-of- law state" will include the opinions about our Constitution, the development of constitutionalism in Kazakhstan from the point of view of foreign experts, politicians and lawyers. Ex-Prime Minister of the UK Tony Blair, President of the European Commission for Democracy through Law Mr. Gianni Buquicchio, President of the Constitutional Courts of Asia and Europe, and many others expressed their desire to be the co-authors of the book," said A.Zhailganova in a briefing in Central Communications Service.
