Tokayev highlights women’s exceptional role in history of Kazakhstan

The press service of Akorda stated that the President expressed his gratification that many Kazakhstani women can serve as true role models for courage and patriotism.

Their names are recorded in the history of the country in golden letters. Great rulers Tomiris and Bopai khanum, the greatest mothers Domalak ana, Zere, Ulpan, heroic daughters of the Great Steppe Aliya, Manshuk and Khiuaz are among them, said Tokayev.

According to the Kazakh leader, Kazakhstani women embody a harmonious blend of intelligence and beauty, wisdom and vision, who are willing to work tirelessly for the prosperity of the homeland even during the most challenging times.

The Kazakh President highlighted the role of women in raising the upcoming generation, which is key to the future of the entire nation.

By fostering a new generation of Kazakhstanis with strong intellect and clear mind, you contribute to the progress of our country, said the President during the ceremony at Akorda.  

Earlier it was reported that Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev extended his greetings to Kazakhstani women on the occasion of the International Women's Day (March 8).
