Three drowned across Kazakhstan for the past 24 hours

ASTANA. KAZINFORM Two 19-year-old men drowned Friday afternoon while swimming in Balapandy Lake near Kyzylorda city. The body of one of the drwoned was found and pulled out of the water in a couple of hours. A search is underway to locate the body of another man.
A 38-year-old man drowned while swimming in Kaynar Lake, Shymkent, Friday noon. The rescuers found and pulled his body out of the water in a few hours. The body of the man who drowned in the River Koksu in the Almaty region was identified as a 36-year-old native of Russia who accidentally fell off the K4 catamaran ship on May 5, the press service of the Kazakh Emergencies Ministry said.
