Third swine flu case registered in Almaty
ALMATY. August 6. KAZINFORM /Aigul Turysbekova/ Third A/H1N1 flu case was registered yesterday in Almaty; Kazinform reports.
The Kazakhstani serviceman arrived back from his official trip in the USA.
According to Deputy Director for Almaty Healthcare Department Aizat Moldagassimova the man arrived in Almaty from the USA on August, 3. Like all the passengers he got through thermal viewer. That time he had not any signs of flu.
He felt ill on August 4 and was hospitalized in moderately grave condition. The analysis taken on August, 5 showed presence of Influenza A/H1N1 virus.
"At present the state of the patient is satisfactory. All the 5 contacted people have been surveyed and taken under control. Their state does not cause concern", - A. Moldagassimova noted.
