ASTANA. February 20. KAZINFORM. "The second wave of the crisis may never occur," Chairman of the National Bank of Kazakhstan Grigory Marchenko told in his interview to "KTK" TV Channel.
"When everyone talks about the crisis, it is quite possible that it will never happen. Crises, moreover, such serious ones as in 1929 and in the postwar period, as a rule, occur suddenly," noted Marchenko.
