The future of humanity to be discussed in Kazakhstan

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - On November 5-7, 2014, Almaty will host the international conference "New Paradigm of Sustainable Human Development. G-Global - a New Form of Global Dialogue, Kazinform has learnt from the KazNU's press service.

"Over the years, this forum was held in European and American countries. This year, by the decision of the Organizing Committee, the high-profile event is coming to Kazakhstan. It will take place within the walls of the country's leading university the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University that heads the Global Hub program of UN "Academic Impact" on sustainable development.

In conjunction with KazNU, conference is organized by the World Academy of Art and Science, World University Consortium and the Eurasian Economic Club of Scientists. Co-organizers are the Club of Rome and Madrid, Green Cross International, as well as major international public associations, universities and foundations. It will bring together international organizations such as the ILO, UNESCO, UNDP, OECD, European Movement International, World Fund for future development, and many more.

The event is a unique global dialogue platform of intellectuals, recognized public and state figures, prominent foreign and domestic experts on the development and implementation of a new paradigm focused on solution of global challenges faced by humanity.

For the first time this topic will be discussed at the G-Global platform - platform for global dialogue, initiated by President Nursultan Nazarbayev. It will be the key feature of the conference.

The Almaty meeting will bring together representatives of the international public groups, research and education communities for an in-depth study and discusıon of the improvement of the modern world and the search for a new paradigm of development.

Prominent foreign and domestic experts, statesmen and public figures, internationally-reputed scientists will discuss issues of educational reform, the social responsibility of science, the integration of economy and ecology, employment, the rule of law, social stability, security, etc.
