Tengizchevroil presents Project of Future Growth

TCO LLP being a prime example of successful partnership of the leading oil companies in the world and the largest industrial and technological project in Kazakhstan continues to make a significant contribution to the development of our economy. The implementation of "Project of future growth" would increase the competitiveness of our companies, to resolve the issue of local content on the regional level, and create conditions for the capacity utilization of Kazakh enterprises, thus creating new jobs," said at the meeting Akim of Mangistau region Alik Aidarbayev.

"This project provides an opportunity for TCO to expand production, it is the production of additional 12 million tons of oil, and the increase in oil production from existing wells. Employment will be carried out throughout Kazakhstan and especially in Mangistau and Atyrau regions. A large amount of production will take place in the Mangistau region, so we are here to sign the agreement with the Governor of region " said General Director of TCO Tim Miller.

The parties signed a Memo of Understanding.

The project is now under consideration by the Government and, after approval, TCO will start implementing it.
